First hazing death in America? 1826?
 
I found this posted on the BGLO Forum. Anybody every heard this before?

Not heard of it. But if true, at least it wasn't GLO related.

The first GLO in Kentucky was chartered in 1842 at Transylvania University in Lexington by Beta Theta Pi (Epsilon Chapter). My understanding is that the charter moved to Centre College (Danville, Kentucky) in/around 1848.

How can a charter from 1872 go on to move in 1848?
