Greek Slogans --- Happy Bunny style
 

Okay, enough w/the sisterhood and brotherhood stuff. You all know that sometimes phrases that are "wrong" are more funny :)

My girls and I were thinking of some fun letter shirt ideas to put phrases on the back for kicks. (Afterall, we come from a more liberal unPC campus so we can do stuff like this, hehe) So I figured, why not make a thread on GC? :D

So, what are some of your ideas?

"Your hazing makes me happy." <--my little made a shirt w/this...
"Enjoying conformity since 1971."
"I'm better than you."
"I was hazed and I liked it."

Our Bid Day shirts last year said something like "Been Having More Fun Than You Since 1902!" I think someone said that they should've read "Better Than You Since 1902!" I'm afraid that wouldn't have gone over so well, though. :)

A sorority on campus made shirts this year that said "we're the girls that you can take home to mom, but we'll drink dad under the table." I'll pm you what we made shirts to say once, just cuz if I post it here I'll get flamed. :P

Ooh, can I know? I do love snarky tee slogans.

We had shirts that were black mini tees with hot pink writing that said

"JEALOUS IS A SICKNEES (on the front) and GET WELL SOON RUSH PHI SIGMA SIGMA (on the back)

When the stars get bright and the moon gets hazy rush Phi Sigma Sigma where good girls go crazy

Biggest meat and hottest buns on campus HC 2003 Phi Sigma Sigma Lambda Iota and Sigma Pi The shirt had a hot dog in a roll on the back.

Beer for beer shot for shot were Phi Sig and your not(My chapter didn't have this it was a school in Mass)My chapter would not wear a shirt like this

Our fraternities had pretty sketchy ones
Tighter then your little sister

A firemans shirt with the symble on the front and ABC Fraternity in it on the back a hot girl and the shirt said "GET THEM HOT
LEAVE THEM WET

We screw we nut we bolt

Grow some nuts pledge Sig Pi


I have a bunch more when I think of them I'll post them

this year during greek week and sports week when people brought out signs, this slogan was quite popular

"i love 'abc' more than a fat girl likes cake"

I only WISH we could get away with stuff like this....LMAO!!!!!

I think we may have our pledges wear shirts that say the "conformity" one, hehe :)

Funny thing is that when I got back from pledging activities, my parents would jokingly ask if I was hazed and I would always say that I was hazed and I like it, haha!! Ahh, memories.....

While we're on the topic of snarky shirts...

Our bid day shirts last fall read "Pi Phi... It's not for everyone, and that's the beauty of it".

Our senior shirts had a lovely poem composed by some of our seniors:

"We're the Pi Phi Angels,
the house of wine and blue.
Go ahead, be jealous.
We're used to girls like you!"

One of our sisters at UPJ had a shirt that said "If we were you, we'd hate us too." :p

That's awesome... totally snarky. Fits my chapter perfectly. ;)

Just a thought... imagine you are NOT greek.. maybe you are in that 60-80% of people on your campus who may be thinking about greek life, but aren't sure. What would you think is you read that.... Arrogant? Snobby? Elitist? Don't give the greek haters more fuel...keep it about you, not the other Greeks!!

...and on the topic of the "non-greek-not-wanting-to-go-greek-because-of-snarky-shirts" at least on my campus snarky shirts are the norm. 9 times out of 10, GDI's think they're funny and then typically inquire about the GLO. Plus, if you can't have a sense of humor about things like this, we probably won't want you anyway, or at least we'd blackball you.;)

I wish we had that luxury. But I'm gonna agree not to make a lot of these shirts unless you're only planning to wear them around your sisters or brothers. Now on to some shirts I like:

If you were out with a FIJI last night raise your hand, if you weren't, raise your standards

Front: Before you Go Greek hang with the Gods
Back: Rush FIJI

Not a bad one, but when you're wearing a backpack or people don't read the back it's a little riskay
Front: FIJIs, always half naked....
Back: B/c I gave my brother the shirt off my back.

IMO this one should've never been made:
Shirt......$10
Blanket.......$15
Sleeping with your brother's date........Priceless!

Thank God we're past that stage and moving on to a very clean image, basically made that shirt as a joke but I feel it reflected very poorly on our fraternity.
