Am I the only one who has no interest in these books/movies?

I've never read them or seen the movies. I don't get it, either. My mom works at the local B&N, and it's insane how many people dress up and wait for hours to get the books. I'm glad the books are getting kids to read, but I guess they're not for me.

I know what you mean. Harry Potter reminds to much of the HBO movie "The Worst Witch" from way back in the late 80s. I mean, I'm sorry, but no one can beat Tim Curry.

Let me know which rock, and I'll crawl under next to you. Should I bring some sweet tea or something?

I have not seen any of the movies nor have I read any of the books. I don't really care to either.

I am SO SICK of all this. Hubby bought it yesterday and has been USELESS b/c his nose is stuck in the book.

So I swiped it, read the last chapter, and told him what happened ;).

Hey, someone was posting on LJ w/ an icon that gave away the spoiler. I think that's MUCH colder than what I did (much funnier, too).

Seriously, I've never read any of it and I am baffled as to how adults could find it entertaining.
