Question for all, but particurly the central region

Our chapter is planning on doing a talent show/ fashion show in April. The only problem is that the week we could really use is the week of central region regionals.

The dilemna is should we have it that Friday night and maybe since there is nothing planned for the Friday night at regionals, alot of the Sorhors will come out to our school (which is only about an half hour away from the hotel) and support us there. Becaus eI would love to have a auditorium full of us there, but on the other hand, that ideaology could backfire and no one would come because of regionals (not to mention the fact that the Kappas are having regional with us so that would mean knocking out some of the members of their organization from coming too.)

This is something we really want to go over well and we were planning on canotact all of the sorors in the chicago area to get them to come out anyway, it's just that I don't know if everyone would be willing to go out to Gary and then back to Chicago, however there are trains that will take you directly to our school from Chicago...........Basically, we're confused....
So please give us some help and let me know what you think we should do.

Hey Blu--are you sure there's nothing going on for that Friday night? I pretty much thought that this was an all weekend event.

Actually, I live in a suburb about 20 minutes away, but I'll probably bump one of my sorors out of their beds to at least lay my head somewhere that Friday night.

People alwayz say krazy stuff like about SGRho--at least the jealous ones say krazy stuff. Anywho, we are about to be representing and showing the world that SGRho is in full effect. http://www.greekchat.com/forums/ubb/wink.gif

But I don't think that there is anything planned for firday late night because I know everyon is still coming in on Friday, So I think we all should get together and do something at a club that night. The weather should be all right then tooo, hopefully.

I know that there is nothing on the iternrary (did I spell that right?). But anyhow, We have set the dat for the 20th, so it doesn't matter. But what we were talking about( my chapter) is getting all of us together at the hotel at about 10 or 11 that night and go out and tear Chi out.
