Executed man's case reopened

If this were the case, I propose that the police, court, and government officials at the time be tried for murder and executed.

That is so sad. That's why I have a problem with capital punishment. People are fallible and mistakes happen. I cringe to think of the number of people who were put to death for crimes they did not commit.

I think it was Jefferson that said it was far better for 100 guilty me to go free than 1 innocent man to go to jail.

Kinda puts things in perspective of what our founders intended. At least for me it does.
