Still in search of sisterhood
 

Ok I am on here for advice... I am a recent member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. Over the past several years my experiences with Delta have filled me with so many emotions.. confusion, depression, impatience, happiness, and love. But unfortunately the bad has been outweighing the good. When I first began my journey I began to deal with Sorors that did not have my best interest in mind and truly led me down the wrong route and after being in a major car accident I stopped dealing with them. Several years later I began to pursue Delta again but this time with Sorors that were actually active in the chapter. I thought this route would be better but I realized that in general the chapter had many many problems. So instead of going to deep, my question is what do you do when you want the true feeling of sisterhood but unfortunately have been made at a chapter that is torn apart? I am going to grad school now but I have not paid dues for the upcoming year.
