time-stopping alien?
 

Ok, I've been thinking about this all day and just CANNOT remember the name of this show. Please help!
The tv show consisted of a young, teenage girl who stopped time by touching the tips of her index fingers. Her father was an alien who she spoke with through some big diamond-shaped object. Any bites?

There's another thread about this somewhere, and of course I can't recall the name of the show. Let me do a search...
