Depends on what kind of communications. In my area, there are two:

Alpha Epsilon Rho -- Radio/Television.
Sigma Delta Chi -- Society of Professional Journalists.

Phi Beta is a creative and performing arts fraternity, which includes communications (along with music, writing, dance, drama, visual art, etc.).
