wrist bands
 

Hi all,

I havent been on here for awhile, I just graduated and its been crazy. Now onto my question, any orgs here would be interested in wrist bands,like the yellow live strong bands, with your sorority name on it? I am interested in starting this venture up, but would like to know if there is an interest for it. Thanks in advance.

i looked into getting them for my sorority last year. some people wanted them and some people were not so excited.

i think something newer would be better. i know speaking personally, i would love if the requirements were lower. A lot of the wristband places wanted minimums of 200 or 400. That's a lot for an organization like mine where we don't take large pledge classes.

Also, personally speaking, carrying the proper peach would be nice:)

The minimum requirements would be 20 bands if I was to do this. Unfortunately the company I would use doesnt offer peach and requesting the special color would require a 500 band minimum. I could look for other alternatives.

I would offer black, if you are interested for your organization. I am going to go ahead and develop a website for this. I have had a number of requests for the bands. I will be sure to post the website and it anyone is interested in the bands please feel free to contact me at greekbands@aol.com.

At Alpha Xi Delta's National Convention 2 weeks ago, we were given light blue bands with "Alpha Xi Delta (the letters) Inspires Me"(dark blue words). I love mine, I'm wearing it right now. We bought extras to give to our new members after initiaion.

Wondering if there's been any progress in this yet?
