Need Advice
 

I am currently a sophomore planning on transferring next fall for my junior year. I feel that I have done adequate research, and some serious soul searching, and I have chosen the sorority that I think is right for me. The sorority is expected to have a line next semester. I have lots of service, very good grades, and I am good friends with many of the members. So basically I have myself well established for possible membership here. My question is (finally), would anyone recommend, or not, pursuing membership at this time?

Superstar03, only you can decide when is the best time to pursue membership. There is no guarantee you will be accepted IF the chapter decides to have intake. Also, if your transfer plans are known, it could hurt your chances because you would not be an asset to the chapter for long.

I pretty much did the same thing. I didn't have any problems and the experience was one I'm glad I participated in.
