Just wanted to wish you a happy birthday and hope you have (had, maybe, by the time you read this!) a terrrrrrrrrrrrific time at the beach! :)

I'm not sure if the beach is very enjoyable right now with the tropical storm rolling in.

Wow, thanks for the birthday wishes. I had a great time at the beach and it was cool to come home and see a thread just for me. Thank you sisters.

Zillini - I didn't go to U of A but I am a big fan. I graduated from UNA. However I had a very fun freshman year going back and forth to Tuscaloosa every weekend, to see my friends. So, ROLL TIDE back at ya.

I didnt actually get to the beach until Sunday afternoon cause the
condo (phoenix X - if you know anything about Gulf Shores/Orange Beach)called us on saturday and warned us that we should not come to the beach until Sunday.

So, and this was my husbands idea (Zillini) we went to *blah* Auburn on Saturday to wait out the storm. (I know AU sisters yall are a great group but I am a bama fan married to an auburn fan) Actually, even though I was in Auburn on my Birthday we had a good time. I got some lemonade at toomers corner and we stayed at the AU conf center. So, my Auburn fan husband had a great time.

Then on Sunday we hit the beach. Not a cloud in the sky. The weather channel kept saying we were going to have afternoon Thunderstorms but nothing ever happened.

So, Thanks again for the show of love. (Polarpi, honey, nurse, emleepc & zillini) I appreciate it
