What are your thoughts on the GOP convention so far?

However limited, I did get a chance to view some selected parts of the GOP convention. I for one will be glad when it is over. I don't like watching political events that are rehearsed and pre-worded,it's like watching a pre-recorded concert,no excitement. Govenor Bush is garbage, my opinion. What he stands for is garbage. How could one feel that each individual that is in prison is guilty, that the death penalty should be carried through no matter what,and that abortion should be illeagal in any form? He is a coward when it comes to taking a stand on anything, he'll say things like let the people decide. I hope the people decide not to vote his ass into office.(sorry but he gets me heated)

I AM ASHAMED TO SAY THAT I DID NOT EVEN WATCH THE GOP CONVENTION DUE TO WORK. BUT I WOULD LIKE TO COMMEND ALL OF YOU WHO ARE ACTIVELY INVOLVED IN THIS POLITICAL CAMPAIGN BY KEEPING UP WITH THE CANDIDATES AND WHAT THEY STAND FOR. SO FAR GEORGE BUSH HAS NOT GAINED MY TRUST IN ANY WAY. AL GORE SEEMS TO BE A LITTLE TOO LAID BACK. THANK YOU NUPE4LIFE FOR STARTING THIS FORUM
