If Joan Rivers is still on tv, she should be on the list too, although it's almost better that she just gets ignored.

I would have posted the Most Irritating Canadian (Television) but I doubt anyone on the board would have known who they are :p

How in the world did Dr. Phil and/or Regis not make the top 3? They are right up there. At least I can stand Coulter at times, even though those times are few and far between. DP and Regis make me want to break my TV when they come on. Dr. Phil is just crap, and Regis is like Dick Clark--he just won't get off of TV, even though his career should have been over before I was born.

Ummm... Dr. Phil made #2... unfortunately Regis didn't quite make the top 5 - I guess there was just too many people (Canadians) that had it out for the other 5. Ann I think one hands down because of her implacable and ignorant attitude towards Canada - in addition to her insulting disregard for any thing that doesn't fall within her narrow view of the world.

If you Canadians wanna fight, bring it. I hear Bush is finally realizing that people do not support him and is plotting an Anti-Canada campaign with Rhea Pearlman leading the way.

Nah... she isn't on TV anymore - she's mostly in Switzerland and Vegas...

The final standings in the Most Irritating Canadian (television-related) competition are as follows: 1) The Canadian Tire guy and Ben Mulroney; 2) Shelagh Rogers; 3) Gordon Pape; 4) Paul Martin; 5) Jian Ghomeshi; 6) Sheila Copps; 7) Ralph Klein; 8) The Lakota commercial guy; 9) Don Cherry; 10) Rex Murphy.

How many can you recognize... other than Don Cherry or Paul Martin.

Why is Paul Martin #4? I think he should be higher up...with the scandal in Ottawa, should Gurmant Grewal be on the list too (or not, since he might be kicked out of the country...)?
