Since I didn't see a thread on this one I'll start one.

I saw this movie yesterday, it was incredible. Yes it has the cliche of the poor boy making it rich, but it's a true story, which is very cool. I think everyone should see it.

I saw it on Friday. I'm not usually a Russell Crowe fan but he did a great job along with Renee Zellweger of bringing this true story to film.

Did the film open in theatres before Russell the jerk beat a man with a telephone?

I have to agree...this was easily one of the best movies that i have seen in a long long time. i was so into it. i will be buying it for sure and suggest to all to go out and see it...so so so so good.

I believe so - I feel bad for the guy who got hit in the face with the phone.
