This is horrible, but not at all surprising to me. In my hometown of Birmingham, Alabama, Miles College had some of these "male AKAs." I'm not sure of the action that were taken against them, or even if anything was ever done. Are there no actions that can be taken against these BOLD individuals?

I think this is an intended farce with the purpose of causing a reaction. There are probably some legal ramifications with the use of your symbols, etc., but I would bet your HQ is already on it. *
