Updated: 6:28 a.m. ET May 31, 2005BELLEFONTAINE, Ohio - On the morning he was to graduate high school, Scott Moody walked a half-mile to his grandparents’ farmhouse and began what authorities say was the first stop in a gruesome murder-suicide that ended in six deaths.

According to investigators, Moody shot his grandparents with a .22-caliber rifle before heading home, where he went from bedroom to bedroom, shooting his mother, teenage sister and two friends before killing himself.

The only survivor — Moody’s critically wounded sister — used her cell phone to call for help.

For some reason they are keeping this quiet. When it does come on the news they give it a few seconds as a segment.

Maybe the media has finally learned that giving too much attention to these types of killings just glamorizes the killers.

Should have seen the article that was in the paper today about that. Described how it was believed to have been done. I live only 45 minutes if that from where it happened.
