The Longest Yard

Adam Sandler's done it again. Very good for a remix. I've already seen it twice. It also made 300,000 more than Episode III last night which is only in its second week.

YOU CAN DO IT!!!

We're looking forward to seeing it tomorrow night after Max's 1st birthday party.

We were debating on whether or not to wait a week or two. But after reading your thoughts on it, we're gonna go see it tomorrow while the grandparents watch him.

I saw this last night and enjoyed it. Just the right amount of that great Adam Sandler humor!

I will never financially support pop star Nelly....so I'm sitting out this one.

Any true hip-hop fan should boycott this movie.

kstar 05-29-2005 09:52 PM

Bah.

The only reason I would go see it is they put Burt Reynolds in it.

I hate when Hollywood remakes old movies, and tries to "spruce" them up.

Leave my old movies the hell alone!

I saw this on Saturday night. Nothing groundbreaking, you saw all the plot twists coming a mile away, but it was fun.

There was also a trailer for "Deuce Bigalow: European Gigolo" and all I've got to say about that is Rob Schneider, it's called a chemical peel, look into it.

I loved that you used an SNL alum's joke against his equally bad former co-star :D

I saw it today. It was funny, and I did enjoy it, but it's really nothing to write home about.

I really liked the original, so I'm a little hesitant to see the remake. I may just end up waiting until it's on DVD.

LOL, I've said that so much in my life, I forgot where it came from. :p

I really wanna see this....couldn't make it over the long weekend...the guy who stands in for Adam Sandler as Q-Back is a guy I knew is College - he was our starting Q-Back and in Gamma Delt.

Only reason I want to see this film:

Bill Goldberg in a shower scene. Lawdhamercy.

Goldberg is quoted here as saying he insisted on doing the scene starkers, to tease Sandler and Reynolds, although strategically placed plumbing blocked the camera's view.

I read an interview with Goldberg in which he said he did the scene that way to get back at Sandler for leaving him out of both versions of the "Chanukah" song.

Tracey Morgan as a cheerleader. Too funny
