I am so tempted to buy one of those t-shirts...

Around here it's like everyone has at least 5 different ribbons

I much just rather donate and let them keep their ribbons/bracelets/etc.

The ribbons are getting a little out of control. And living in a military town, it seems like every car has a yellow ribbon it, then again, it seems like everyone you meet has a loved on deployed to Iraq right now....

Those ribbons are a nice way for someone who probably has nothing to do with the military, or the Cancer society, etc. to make a buck.

Sorry, I support the causes, but you won't find those on my car.

It is hilarious - there's one for like every cause out there now. I had one at one point for Lance but that was before you could get anything on it. A friend of mine said she saw one of the bracelets last weekend but instead of being for Lance, the military, breast cancer, etc, it sais "Let's Hug It Out Bitch" on it. Now that's one I might wear! Anyone know where I can find one?

plus the fact that after you have it on your car for a while, the paint fades....

Car painters can make some decent money!!!

dirt, dust, etc. gets under the magnet too and can rust your car ...

(this is just what I have heard from some auto people, i dont know if they really will??)

Proud not to have a friggin' ribbon on my car!

I support the troops. That's why I belong to the Air Force Association and I um, wear a uniform everyday.
