WASHINGTON - New driver’s license rules tucked in a military spending bill will create national identification cards for Americans and stick state governments with the bill, Sen. Lamar Alexander said Tuesday.

I certainly hope this means my personal information will end up in more electronic databases, waiting for identity thieves to hack in and steal it.
