is anyone a ELC or former?
I'm really interested in being an ELC I think it's awesome because you get the chance to meet other brothers and help their chapters out. I'm wondering if you all have any info..such as how many brothers apply..how many receive the position...and all that good stuff. Maybe I've found my calling for the 2 yrs after I graduate, ahahaha. Haven't really given any thought to it until today when I was thinking about LS. After I told some of my brothers they were really supportive...which just made me even more hyped up about the whole idea. If anyone has any info feel free to let me know. I've already looked on the Lambda Chi site..but I'm lookin for a little more info and I wouldn't want to bother my ELC too much because they have enough to deal with. Thanks Bros!

Brother Lo, I think if anyone would be a Great ELC Candidate, it would be you. You learned the Love of The Brotherhood of Lambda Chi Alpha through the real school of hard knocks, trials, tribulations, and hard work.
Some of the reasons being what You did coming to G A on your own before You were even a New Associate and sticking with the Colony through Chartring is a damn High recommendation to me. I am sure I can speak for Brother Andy Ackfeld, Cliff Lowerey, and Myself that We would be proud to be listed as Brothers who will back you. Please persue the position of ELC. I was offered a job as they called it back in the olden days as a Trav. Sec. To bad I was married. I would have given anything for the opporunity to do it. In ZAX, My Brother, |
One of the things I wish most was to see more of this country. I traveled a little bit but still being in grad. school still holds you down. It is a good opportunity for you to travel and see this country. Go for it, especially since the job market most places sucks anyways.
