Did anyone see the interview with the young girl that was on Family Matters? Did she say what caused her to turn to porn - - - I was surprised and sad to learn of the news.

Yeah I saw it on Primetime.

It seemed her mom mismanaged their money. :( She said she only did like 2 or 3 movies because of the quick money.

I always thought greasy haired Richie would turn to porn before Judy.

Oh I knew who he was talking about? I was just a bit appalled at the greasy hair comment.

I always said that boy needed a haircut. Geez!

Do you want a definition of greasy or did the shine in his hair correctly conjure up the image of grease like it does for most people?

Jamiee's mother worked my nerves. It seemed as if she wasn't remorseful at all. Okay, if you all needed money, WHY NOT GET A DAYUM JOB? They used that child's poor money up...AND SHE'S STILL Jamiee's manager (say what?)! :eek:

What - did she get her the porn gig - I don't know what she manages but from bit i saw, she did not only to good to me. She looks skank - does anyone still say that word - lol

No. Jamiee did that on her own. She was so upset that they (the family) didn't have any money. So,Jamiee was depressed and started drinking. Her drinking led her to taking on a porn job to make a few dollars.

While this was going on, did her mom EVER get a job? :confused: :rolleyes:

Jamiee's mother is currently her manager (again).

i too was irritated with jaimie's mother. because of her greediness, jaimie got fired. the fact that she is still jaimie's manager means that she will be doing NOTHING for her career and that she will be still supporting her triflin' azz mother.

so jamie got to be a child star on tv for several years making way more than i make per year (and i got three degrees) and then lost her job. boo hoo. what an awful fate.

and has jamie or her mother ever heard of just getting a regular job until the next gig comes along? how many child stars have gotten fired and have never been heard from again? i don't know how many got fired but i know that many a child star was a one hit wonder basically.
