Tom DeLay!

Is this friggen Idiot just a whipping Boy From Texas?

Or is He just a idiot?

Is He playing the game like the rest of our duly Elected Stipened Morons that are sitting on their fat asses in DC?

Wonder who his sugar daddy is?

If some one would duck tape his mouth it would be a blessing!

I'm not sure that DeLay is an angel, but I'm not sure he's the dirtiest man in the House either.

I wouldn't mind replacing every last one of them, but that'll never happen.

What I think is the most inexcusable thing about what he has been doing is that he's essentially stacking the deck in his favor -- placing loyal people on key committees to ensure his safety..

There probably should be an investigation, but I don't think it'll happen. He may be pretty vulnerable in his home district though.

As I have posted elsewhere, my sister lives in his district. She has seen two or three protests a week around Sugar Land/Richmond/New Terretories/Pecan Grove.

Her favorite signs are the ones that say:
"Lets Move Forward Without DELAY."

Where do people find time to protest? Don't they have jobs? Hobbies?

Just show up to the polls and get the job done.

I've never voted for a Democrat for national elected office, but if I were in DeLay's district, I would be doing exactly that. It's disgusting that this fella has such a tremendous sense of personal entitlement because he has been elected to a position of power.

Bring on term limits.

These guys become D.C. residents, and believe they are entitled to special benefits.

Limit 'em to about five to eight years, and then say no employment as a lobbyist for five more years.

Prospects for adoption: think zero.

Exactly. We have a system that is supposed to put representatives in charge, not career politicians.

Nah, you're a law student, or soon will be one. In 4 or so years, you'll be paying for other people to sit on the dole :)

Maybe you'll also become a Republican ;)

Sheesh, I'm a Republican and DeLay gives me the heebie jeebies.

GeekyPenguin 04-28-2005 12:52 PM

I am willing to take out extra loans to pay for DeLay to sit on the dole. Who's with me?

Maybe they took a day off? Or that is their hobby?

No. These curly haired, non-showering, birkenstock wearing fools are unemployed or have BS jobs with fancy titles like "bike messenger", and spend their time protesting and reading indymedia.

I think a lot of them are professional protesters. They travel from city to city and protest to protest. There were thousands of them in NYC last summer for the Republican National Convention.

And they ride bikes to provide income for their marijuana addictions.
