Visiting other Kappas
 

Hi everyone. I was just wondering if anyone has gone to other schools just to visit Kappas. I know one of my sisters and her friend (a theta) went to California over spring break and planned on visiting kappas and thetas while there. Has that happened to anyone else? No one comes to Meadville (it's a very small rural town in the middle of western PA and not worth it except for school visits). If so, could you let me know how your experience went? I live in Pittsburgh and both Univ. of Pitt and CMU have Kappas and I was thinking of visiting over the summer. Thanks!

i don't know if other people do it, but i'm from w&j which isn't far from allegheny, but i'm sure you know about w&j since we do play each other in sports :) so, you're more than welcome to come down here and visit our kappas. i was even thinking about going to pitt or CMU to visit. however, i'd most likely go down to WVU to visit those kappas first. who knows, maybe i'll even make it up to allegheny sometime!!

That would be awesome! My friend actually goes to W&J and I've visted her before so I know how to get there. If you want to visit Pitt or CMU kappas together we could some time. I didn't even realize WVU had kappas! YAY! WE're EVERYWHERE!

I know many chapter houses are closed over the summer, so I don't know if there would be anyone there to show you around, but it's always fun to go see at least what the outside looks like! :)
