Please Help Fix My Pm Box
 

Sorors, I apologize for starting a new thread for this, but I had no idea what to do.

I have noticed for some time that I would PM people and never get a response. I just figured they were busy. Now, posters are telling me that they have tried to PM me and they get a response saying my box is full. When I go in to clean out my box it is empty (I am certain to move the radio button providing a date range all the way back display even the oldest messages). There are simply no PMS in my box (makes sense since no one can send me any).

Soror moderators, greekchat savvy sorors, what can I do? Can someone fix my PM feature for me?

I would have PM'd a moderator about this, but seeing as how either my PM's are not going out, or if they are no one can respond anyway- to do so would have been futile.

Have you deleted the PMs that you sent? That is most likely the problem.:)

Thanks for the advice and I really thought you had solved my problem, but when I just went and checked there was nothing in my sent folder.

What's a girl to do?:(

Have you deleted the messages in your inbox?

Look at your edit options and see if you have private messaging enabled.

You guys figured it out! (I think, I've not tested it yet, but I am pretty sure its been fixed).

When I was checking my inbox and sent box I was only having ti display the messages "within the last year," I never saw the bottom option of "since beginning." Well I went ack and checked both boxes today and saw that option, and yes, there were TONS of messages still there! I deleted them and I am sure that was the problem...Thanks!

So, here is my public service annoucement- when cleaning out your inbox and sent box make sure to scrolll ALL the way down the radio button to "since beginning"- I bet you will have messages there you never knew existed!

"since the beginning" is my default option.
