Scholarship Ideas
 

I am the scholarship chair for the Alpha Theta Chapter and I was wondering if any of you have any ideas to share. I want to improve our scholarship and make us really great. We started doing a roll call at the beginning of every business meeting to promote class attendance. If you went to every class you say our chapter name. It you skipped class you say "Here". It is just one little corny way of promoting class attendance.

Have you checked out the Scholarship Ideas in the National Chapter Guide yet? There's one about ice cream toppings as an incentive that I recall really liking but don't have the details off the top of my head.

Hi I am the Gamma Chapter MC Educator and at the majority of our meetings, we do a similar thing, only we say our class name. It is helpful to see who joined when and it also promotes attendance.
