Cali Residents - Political Ads?
I've got a question for California residents, or anyone else that may be able to shed light.
Has anyone else noticed a sudden increase in political ads? And counter-ads? Most of them mention the governor's plans with education. But I've seen a few about emergency room closures and parole terms. Most are criticizing the governor in some way. And then the Govenor puts out a counter-ad. I guess my question is why? Is there some election coming up that I don't know about? Are people really that upset? And where is the money coming from? Just curious. |
Money for that usually comes from taxes (i know that part of the money here does) but California is a different state so I don't know.

Not entirely sure; in a completely different state. But here's my $.02 about mudslinging:
If the only thing you have to run off of is the fact that your opponent is a screw-up, you got nothin'. That's when campaigns devolve into "s/he's a more horrible person than I am," instead of "I think my goals are more realistic or better for our society," kind of thing. I wanna know what you're going to change, not what your opponent got arrested for 25 years ago. </$.02> |
I hate them and they should die....
