Bridal Bouquet

Did anyone else notice Camilla's bouquet this morning at her wedding to Prince Charles??? There was a close up picture on cnn.com and it had yellow flowers, jasmine, LILY-OF-THE-VALLEY and I thought I saw some forget-me-nots!!!!

In a news article I read it stated she liked the colors of blue and gold together...

Anyone else see this? :p

Lovely flowers, but what in SAM HILL is that on her HEAD?

As much as i DON'T want to like her the flowers were pretty and they actually do look like they belong together and very much in love THOUGH, she will NOT BE PRINCESS OF WALES NEVER EVER NEVER EVER! (even though she is in reality at least she has the manners not to rob it from diana and use it as her title)

plus both outfits i liked. At least the feather thing was better looking than some of those hats i got a look at......WEEEEEH some real winners there! lol

Maharet 04-10-2005 10:43 PM

Hon, I don't think she wants to nor will try to be....

LOL What is on her head! If you look closely at the first pic it looks like the queen is trying to figure out the same thing!!!

There was a more elaborate explanation of Camilla's bouquet yesterday, but this is what I (finally!) found on Yahoo today:

"Jasmine and Lily of the Valley — known to symbolize the return of happiness — lined the hall where the civil ceremony took place."

So, a Return to Happiness. While it seems as if they belong together, how many lives had to be destroyed for them to finally marry?

I was thinking the same thing. The brightside for me at least is that Diana produced good looking kids. Good heavens if C and C would have had kids. Have you seen Camilla's? They look just like her...faces to stop a clock. Just imagine if they had Charles' ears.

Speaking of "WTH is that on her head?", did anyone pay attention to Camilla's daughter Laura? Chick looked like she had a tree branch sticking out of her head that was hanging on to its last leaves before winter.

Sorry to crash but that comment about the hats just had me laughing hysterically. Good commentary!

Yet Americans are viewed as uncouth and uncivilized barbarians yet we're not the ones with the funky hats.

Their stylists should be dragged out into the street and shot.

Just want to add that this bouqut would be perfect for any Alpha Phi Preference Party.
