Building A Chapter House

I'm wanting info on what it takes to build a chapter house. This is somthing my whole chapter wants but we don't know how to get started. We have land that we could build on but I want to know what type of costs it's going to be. If you have a chapter house do you know how much it cost to build it? If you have any info that could help please e-mail me.
