New Batchelor tonight

So, after wasting 3 months(and 3 hours) on the hell that was Jen Scheft as the Batchlorette, will anyone be back tonight to watch Charlie O'Connell(Jerry's brother) as the new Batchelor? I went on the website and the girls all seem.....interesting....
Is it scary that 2 of them described themselves as "kooky"??

Anyone know if any of them are greek?

Was anyone else weirded out by that girl that was like, "I just want to tell Charlie that I love him. And I hope one day he'll love me too" and "I've been praying for you... blah blah blah..." She needs help... NOW.

I love this new season so far! The girl Sarah who went to the club looks JUST like a girl named Sarah here at my school who's in ADPi. It's crazy. And Charlie's a cutie to me. Even if it doesn't end in "true love" it seems like it'll be fun tv to watch.

"RATED: In its season premiere Monday night, the two-hour edition of ABC's The Bachelor, starring Charlie O'Connell (brother of Crossing Jordan's Jerry), proved that the honeymoon is over for the dating-game franchise. The show averaged a disappointing 8.26 million viewers, according to preliminary ratings, putting it in fourth place in the 9-10 p.m. timeslot and only a slightly better third place from 10-11 p.m."

I only caught a few minutes of the show. As soon as I saw two women going at one another (I think one was Krisily - can you believe she is a pageant queen?), I turned off the tv. No man is worth this humiliation. JMO.

I think the ratings will go up. People were probably just turned off from the whole Batchelor show cause of Jen (I still totally love and respect her though!). Anyway, Charlie definitely does have that "awww" factor, and I think as people talk more women will get pulled back in. This may be the season the show needs to save itself. Who knows.
