there's an odd sigma kappa pin on ebay. it must be from some local somewhere? anyone know anything about it?

That is odd. As far as I know, our pins never looked like that! I see you (?) posted something in the Sisters Only section of the Sigma Kappa web site-I think I'll keep my eye out for any responses there! :) I'm dying to know where its from!

yeah that was/is me who posted on the sisters only site. :) i was hoping someone at nationals would know something about it.

The shape looks similar to the Pi kappa Sigma pin (who merged with us)

It is a beautiful pin. I'll have to check out the For Sisters Only section to see if anyone has responded.

There was no response to the thread you made on the bulletin board Jen but another girl made a later thread addressing the same pin. Here is what Julia (legal counsel) said:

"The badge with the odd shape is not a badge of Sigma Kappa Sorority, as our badges have always been triangular in shape. It is probably the badge of a local organization named Sigma Kappa, but the seller doesn't have that information. "
