Brothers YOU are watched by YOUTH!
 

Hotep Brothers. May the Most High and our beloved JEWELS be pleased w/our work and allow forth ALPHAMEN to continue to realize the INFLUENCE shown, exemplified, and sometimes taken for granted by the BLACKMAN even when he fails to realize his POWER! Brothers, two weeks ago upon leaving a youth center that is well attended by Alpha Brothers to provide fellowship and positive interacting w/OUR BLACK YOUTH I along w/a couple of brothers was approached by a young BLACK MALE of SPLENDOR, POTENTIAL, and GREAT DNA. Upon approaching us the young man introduced himself as being a sophomore in high school and stated w/enthusiasm "you are Alphas. y'all are always helping us out at my school." The conversation w/the young BLACK MALE further ensued to his stating that he does not have a father figure and desires to be in contact w/Alphas from having experienced the presence displayed by but a few BLACK MEN of BLACK and OLD GOLD! The young BLACK MALE further stated that he had a few of his "boys" who enjoy having "rap" sessions w/the ALPHAS who visit his school especially when they are provided w/information about college, careers, current happenings, dating (GIRLS), etc. Brothers, I mean not to dwell or bore you but I am NEVER w/time constraints whenever it comes to my BLACK YOUTH. There are countless mentoring programs available for BLACK YOUTH whereby they are looked upon like "subjects" by lilly-whites who have no legitimate concern let alone interest aside from obtaining some "United Way" corporate credit for their respective fortune 500 places of employment. ALPHAMEN be it known, that YOU must never take your actions for granted. YOU are being watched closely by OUR YOUTH. BLACKMAN, take notice and conduct yourself w/dignity. My beloved ALPHA BROTHERS if there are any of you who have contacts w/HBCUs and local universities willing to provide tours as well as being hosts to BLACK MALES from the inner-city of CHICAGO who are of high school age I HUMBLY BEG for your assistance. I am going to definitely be in touch w/my BROTHERS from the MIGHTY MIDWEST, and I realize the Alpha Leadership Institute along w/Project Alpha both provide a well-thought and developed program implementation for dealing with today's youth more especially young BLACK MALES. I am not attempting to reinvent the wheel. I am simply desirous of gathering a group of TRUE BLACK MEN who embody MANLY DEEDS, SCHOLARSHIP, & LOVE for ALL MANKIND who can understand the plight of the young BLACK MALE. :cool:

It would really help me a lot if you broke up your posts into paragraphs. As they stand, I get a headache just looking at them. Your probably miss a lot of readers because of this.

Good luck with this program! Our young men really need to see other progressive men. So many times in these programs women outnumber men but boys really need men sometimes.
