Best Chapter Nationwide
 

I know this will be a HARD question to answer. But I am curious which chapter/school your national organization considers the very best in the entire nation. Thank you.

You're right; this is a nearly impossible question to answer! KKG DOES give awards each year, and at each convention to chapters that meet different criteria...but as for the BEST overall chapter? That's not something we do.

I can tell you that the longest standing chapter is the Delta chapter (where I was initiated--shameless plug :D)--and we have been active and taking members since 1872. In fact, Delta wrote much of the ritual that still exists to this day! That is in no way saying that Nationals thinks Delta is the "best" chapter!

If you are interested to know which chapters won which awards at the last KKG convention (summer of '00), please let me know, and I will do my best to get you that information. Keep in mind, however, that there is no internal overall national ranking of KKG chapters that I have ever been made aware of.

Just out of curiosity, by the way, why do you ask?

Honestly, I am simply curious. I know it is a really hard question. I don't think ZTA has a best "overall" chapter award either and I am sure different groups have different criteria even if they did award best "overall."
