Promise Program
 

hey ladies,
I wanted to know if any of your chapters had women join while the promise program was say 3 or more weeks in. If so, how did these women go about starting/completing the program.

Intensive cramming. I was one of those girls. I had to sit with our VPNME for a few days straight so I could learn all the information.

At my chapter if there were enough girls they would just start their own program and have their own initiation rather than all of them trying to cram to keep up with the first group. It made for a busy semester for a lot of people, but was well worth it.

When I was still a pledge we had a bunch of COB events that brought in a few girls. The Promise Program was almost over but they were still initiated with my pledge class, I can't imagine how much time they spent cramming!
