It's the one where the doctor did pro bono work for this lady who couldn't ordinarily afford it. He said it's his way of giving back. Anyway, she had her regular breasts, then "breasts" sorta under her arms. It looked like extra fat rolls, honestly. But they were breasts. He said something like people can get breasts from their underarms to their abdomens!

oh ok so it was just excess fat, not like she had 4 nipples...whew that would have been scary.

I actually don't know if there were nipples or not -- I think they were blurred out!

Can't bleach really hurt your skin? Maybe taht is why.
