Just saw this article about a student at Arizona state getting sued for downloading music and movies off the web.

One topic? I really don't agree with that. I am a recent grad, but was very involved with my fraternity as treasurer my sophomore year and president my junior year. I am also a very involved alumni with our Grand Chapter. I have posted lots of comments and advice in the General Discussion forum based on my experiences. Unfortunately my chapter's forum is not active so I have not been able to participate much there.

I think the topic of dowloading material is interesting and one that is very relevant to college students. I know when I was an undergrad Napster was king and file sharing on the school's network was very popular.

Thanks for the clarification re: UoA & ASU My brain has been all over UofA with my NCAA Bracket - which ps looks like crap now thanks to all the upsets this weekend.

Anyway, if I got fined $5,400 for pirated movies, I'd have about, oh, negative $5,400 in my account.
