*Squeals excitedly* Initiation is on THURSDAY!!! That's 3 days from now! I just had to share with all of you because I'm so excited. I have no idea what to expect, and I like it that way! Also, our big sisters just picked us, so the fun begins! I cannot even imagine not being a part of such a wonderful organization now! Thank you all!

Initiation for me was the most awesome thing (next to coming into the church and meeting my fiance and his kids!).

Oh I will treasure every minute of it. I am a hardcore sucker for ritual. I've been a Girl Scout for 15 years, and we have a ceremony for everything. I view it as a way of sharing something very intemate with a group. We just had our Loyalty Ceremony last night for Theta, and I had goose bumps the whole time.

Congratulations! Initiation is honestly one the greatest things that I've been able to participate in time and time again.

I actually started to cry because I was so happy. I cannot believe that I'm a part of something so wonderful. I feel fulfilled. You were all right. It was magical. I actually would like to be ritualist for my chapter at some point because I consider that part to be one of the most important. It binds us all. Thank you all for being wonderful sisters.

I'm so happy that you have enjoyed ritual so much! :) I didnt cry during mine, but my lil sis did!

For some reason some of my sister's in my pledge class were a lil nervous but not me. I felt at complete ease because i knew nothing loopy was going to happen. Initiation exceeded my expectations :)

Hey Miss Brit, this is Sarah, from Delta Iota. I lurk around Greekchat sometimes, not really posting so much, but I saw this thread about initiation, and I think you're just about the sweetest thing I have ever seen. Girls like you make all the stresses of recruitment and initiation memorization so so worth it! I'll see you later tonight for ritual review, which will surely be a good time because you'll get to hear everything again and actually have time to take it all in :)
