Tekes affiliate 44-yr.-old MO local
 

Tau Kappa Epsilon Fraternity has accepted the petition of Delta Sigma Psi Fraternity, located at Central Methodist University in Fayette, Missouri, to become affiliated with TKE. This affiliation grants Delta Sigma Psi recognition similar to that of a TKE colony, and is the first major step to the local fraternity becoming a fully chartered chapter of Tau Kappa Epsilon.

Delta Sigma Psi Fraternity was founded in 1961 and has initiated over 500 men during the past forty-four years. With a stated purpose of standing for scholastic and social achievement, as well as a strong fraternal bond, Delta Sigma Psi’s purposes are congruent with that of Tau Kappa Epsilon, which seeks to aid men in their mental, moral, and social development. This merger is the first of its kind for TKE in several decades.

haha, there's a Delta Sigma Psi Asian sorority here (we've had an exchange with them, awesome girls), and they said there's a Delta Sigma Psi somewhere else in the country but didn't know where exactly.

Now we know....good stuff absorbing a local so rich in history.

I know exactly where that school is, have driven there.

At one time, TKN was there and then merged with LXA! LXA was not accepted by the TKN Chapter there.

As I understand, they were all locals, but not sure.
