Weight Smart Vitamins

anyone know anything about these multivitamins?

are they safe? effective? they claim to be multivitamins (ephedra free) that keep your metabolism up. i am always so skeptical about things, especially when they're not FDA approved.

i take a multivitamin anyway, but figure if this really can help my metabolism, then why not. but if they're not safe (such as those nutty "diet pills" such as cortislim and trimspa), then i don't want them near me! i'm not looking for a diet in a bottle, just a regular multivitamin that might also help my metabolism (which is slooooooooow)

anyone know anything? thanks!:)

I tried the "one A Day" weight smart multivitamins. I didn't see any change in my eating habits (instead appetite suppression) nor my change in weight. I do work out 3 times a week and thought I might see some change with the One-A-Day's, but I was disappointed...
