Rec a book

HI!
I just took the FL Bar Exam and while I am waiting for my scores I can relax a little.
Can anyone recommend a good book?
I have read the Dan Brown books and loved the Da Vinci Code.
I used to read Danielle Steel, but I have outgrown them.
Thanks!
Ali

If you're in to Dan Brown's books you might want to read The Rule of Four by Ian Caldwell and Dustin Thomason.

In honor of HST, how about "Fear and Loathing on the Campaign Trail, 72"?

Anything by F. Scott Fitzgerald is a good read as well.

I would recommend "The Greatest Generation" by Tom Brokaw. Even if you have a little interest in WWII, this was a can't put down book for me. I have heard stories and saw the movies, but this book really brought it home for me.

Otherwise, I would reccomend Patricia Cornwell or Janet Evanovich novels. Janet Evanovich's books are about Stephanie Plum, a bounty hunter who can't stop blowing up her cars or decide which man she really is attracted to (Cop or other bounty hunter). Hers are laugh out loud funny.

If you like Dan Brown, I think you would like the thrillers from Douglas Preston and Lincoln Child -

This was also a really, really good book - http://www.randomhouse.com/crown/dev...city/home.html
Bringing Chicago circa 1893 to vivid life, Erik Larson's spellbinding bestseller intertwines the true tale of two men--the brilliant architect behind the legendary 1893 World's Fair, striving to secure America's place in the world; and the cunning serial killer who used the fair to lure his victims to their death. Combining meticulous research with nail-biting storytelling, Erik Larson has crafted a narrative with all the wonder of newly discovered history and the thrills of the best fiction.

I just got done reading the Shopaholic books.

You have to read them in order. Confessions of a Shopaholic, Shopaholic Takes Manhattan, and Shopaholic Ties the Knot. The authors name is Sophie Kinsella and the books are hysterical! Makes you want to go shopping!!!! There is a new one out too called Shopaholic and Sister and one that I don't think is related called Can You Keep a Secret.

Sorry I'm into the girly fun books!
