Fraternity Headquarters Introduces New Career and Alumnae Network

Fraternity Headquarters is pleased to announce an exciting partnership with MonsterTRAK to bring members the new Alpha Xi Delta Career and Alumnae Network (AXDCAN). This exclusive benefit for Alpha Xi Delta members will allow sisters to search for jobs and internships, get career, job search and interviewing advice, and find Alpha Xi Deltas who are willing to provide advice and guidance to other sisters.

Looking to relocate across country? Search for sisters listed in the mentor network who live in that part of the country. You can also move with Monster by taking advantage of all the moving tools and resources. You can compare two cities to see how a potential city compares with where you live now. In addition, members can tap into a wealth of interviewing and career advice provided by MonsterTRAK.com.

How can alumnae be involved and benefit from AXDCAN?

1. Sign up to be a mentor. It's quick and easy! Request the password and sign-up instructions from Fraternity Headquarters. When you sign-up, you select how many times you are willing to be contacted every month (be it once or 10 times) and how you prefer to be contacted (e-mail, letter, phone or any combination).

2. Register to get your own account and use AXDCAN.

• Find a mentor yourself - if you're exploring a new profession or industry or moving to a new part of the country use AXDCAN to find help.
  
• Look for a sister - if she belongs to AXDCAN you can search for her.
  
• Recruit an intern or employee - if you want to hire an Alpha Xi Delta - this is the place. *A fee is charged to post some types of positions. A fee schedule is available upon request.
  
• Polish up with career and job search advice - information on successful job searches, interviewing, resume writing and more from Monster.com, the world's leading online careers network.
  
• Search for scholarships.
