Kentucky Derby
 

Hey Everyone,

I'm a Beta at the University of Louisville (Delta Pi) chapter, and am wondering if there's any interest in other chapters coming to stay with us during the Kentucky Derby (Churchill Downs is less than 5 minutes from campus). I know for sure the University of Toronto (Theta Zeta) will be down, and I figure it'd be a great opportunity for a group of Beta's to meet each other.

I love the Derby! Wish I could come too, lol! I'll actually be going up to some races soon to buy an OTTB (off track thoroughbred) to re-train.

When is it?

According to the Derby's website, it's scheduled for Saturday, May 7, 2005.

Let me ask some of my brothers and see if they're interested.

Just letting you guys know that we're definitely planning on some of you guys coming. Let us know asap, so we can plan accomidations for everyone accordingly.

I'll ask at our meeting tonight. Though, I think that is the week our finals fall on...
