Question for Fraternity?
 

If an undergrad chapter has been off yard for a while and is supposedly comming back to the campus, who runs it's opperation in the begining? Neighboring campus chapters? Alumni? Who?
(If this is a question I shouldn't ask or be concerned with just let me know, but I am curious)

Just offering a personal opinion, In a traditional sense, the right and responsibility "SHOULD" belong to the members of that chapter.

Unfortunately some bruhs don't have neos behind that can or will take up their reponsibiltiy for that chapter, which is when Alumni chapters then have to take responsibilty for the chapter advising.

I don't think this is an all bad or all good thing, but I do believe it contributes to the awkward state of affairs in regards to bringing in new Brothers.
