hey! so i recently got elected to social chair and i'm trying to do things according to national policy so that means no alcohol! but i'm having troubles findng fun stuff to do that everyone will still want to go to...so if you have any good ideas...let me know. and keep in mind that our chapter is very small so my options are limited! thanks

Hey!

My chapter does dry events all year long, we actually rarely do events with alcohol at them. Here are some ideas that we do as sisterhoods or as socials:

Pajama party/sleepover
themed Movie Nights
Potluck Dinners
Bowling
Rollerskating/blading or ice skating
Soccer/football/baseball/volleyball
go to University sporting events all wearing letters

That's all i can think of off the top of my head.

I'm in the same boat you are. Try teaming up with your philanthropy chair and see if you can incorporate a social while helping out the community. For example, around Thanksgiving, plan a social where groups go on a food drive hunt or something to that effect. Good luck!
