Formal Question???
Hey I'm new to this board and I was needing some help. I'm a member of the KY Zeta chapter at Morehead State and we were discussing possibilities of a formal. I was wondering if anyone could help with some ideas for possible locations in Kentucky, Tennessee, Ohio, or West Virginia.

Nashville is a crazy town and I am sure that you could work out a deal on a resort style hotel there for a decent amount

We go to Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge Area in Tennessee every year. Rent out a couple cabins during fall break and party like crazy. It's a pretty tight area and you can find good deals on huge cabins. We had 5 cabins that held around 30 people each this past year and it was insane.

We ended up going to the Marriot Kingsgate in Cincy for our spring formal. I would recommend that place to any group! The food was amazing and the people there loved us. They let us keep our ball room until 4am and it was originally supposed to me over at midnight. They were an excellent group of people to work with. spduff2, our guys should get together for some type of event sometime or at least arrange some weekend to hang out. Get with me and we will figure something.

You are right!!! My bad! When I send my e-mails out to my Epsilons I always put "that" with my goodbyes and I didn't even think twice about putting it up there! Thanks for noticing man!

No problem man, it happens. I didn't mean to be a dick and call you out like that, I probably should have sent you a message or something.
Happy fratting. |
We go to some place up in the mountains near Ashville, NC. Whole resort gets rented out. No cops, open bar, good time.

I would go with Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg/Sevierville area. There is plenty of great places to rent and it is in the mountains. It is, however, really tacky which could be good or bad whichever way you want to go with it.
You could always go with Nashville or Memphis. |
gatlingburg or getting a riverboat would be your best bet...
