Christina Aguilera engaged!

http://www.cnn.com/2005/SHOWBIZ/Musi...eut/index.html

I never even realized she's been in a long term relationship... good for them for keeping it out of the tabloids.

Wonder if it'll be a Pittsburgh wedding? ;) somehow I doubt that!

I don't know why it would be a Pittsburgh wedding, but you can have her. We New Yorkers renounce her Velveeta® ways.

Ms. Aguilera is from Pittsburgh, that's why kddani said that she hopes that it would be a Pittsburgh wedding.

She should at least have a cookie table.

there's no need for that..

all the best to her and her fiance.

When was that picture taken? She looks so happy and glowing in it!

I definitely respect her a lot more than Britney. Christina went through a dirty phase (no pun intended) and now is settling down and changing herself. It's awesome that she's happy!

Wouldn't it be ironic if Spears turns out to be the one who is the "dirty" one? That makes me hope that Aguilera's marriage lasts. Happily and forever.

How nice! :)

I imagine it must be very difficult to keep your relationship out of the tabloids. Good for them!

best of luck to her...
may she keep the high road and everything out of the tabloids.

Of course I've never been a celebrity, but there are those who crave the spotlight and stop at nothing to give the paparazzi something to feed on. Smoking your cigarette on a hotel patio with no makeup on and walking barefoot into a yucky gas station bathroom are some of these examples (HI BRITNEY).

The last time Christina was in town a couple of years ago, she was dating one of her back up dancers (the one with the corn rows), glad to know she's finally found the one and she's keeping herself out of the tabloiods.

No need for eye rolling at all, indeedy. We should all be so lucky.

What she said! And I too have more respect for Christina than Britney! I am happy for her and wish her lots of luck
