I'm not a member of any org... but yeah, you're wrong. Obviously it's something that was/is very important to him, and that means going by the rules. Some things are meant to be shared and some things aren't - this is just one of the latter. Maybe if you're in an org. yourself one day you'll understand.

I did at the time I was "intaking" (pledging is obsolete *wink*).

She knew though. But that is because we were living together and if I did not tell her she would have thought I was creeping.........

But to answer your question, you should NOT be mad. We are taught that DISCRETION is the key to joining a greek org. We are told to keep what you do on the low so things go smoothly. That is all your man is/was trying to do. Respect him for not being outfront about it. He was doing it for the luv of the fraternity that he seeks membership in.

Embrace him and make him feel your luv for him.

I'm sure he could use all the luv he can get right now lol.

I can understand where you're coming from. A few years back I was dating a guy and then out of the blue one day he crossed. He was wearing pari and was introduced to a whole new lifestyle that didn't include me. I was very hurt and disappointed. I didn't even know that he wanted to be in a BGLO. But what you have to consider is that it had nothing to with him not trusting you. Don't take it personally. It was a personal goal of his that he accomplished.
