alabama lawmaker proposes gay book ban

Brilliant idea there. Proposed a law that will be struck down immediately because it violates the 1st amendment. Great way to waste money.

that's just way too vague for me. Gay books, is that limited to book i don't like ("hey, this book is gay"), or books talking about homosexuals ("woah, he's so gay"), or books that christian groups believe are gay ("get that gay cartoon away from me"), or books written by gay people ("this queer author is gay")?

this idea is just too gay to pass, better sexify it a little more:cool:

I didn't know my books had sexual preferences . . . Hell I had trouble even figuring out their gender.

That's nothing.

One of our state senators proposed that we put boxing gloves on gamecocks. Don't y'all love it when the crazy bills come out at the beginning of session?

Wow, that was another waste of time bill.

Maybe someone will propose a bill that bans trolls from the internet.

Nah, I take that back. Then the internet wouldn't be any fun. Of course, that's probably why'd they'd introduce the bill in the first place...

:p :p :p

Reminds me of the law I heard about in ChitChat about abolishing women! :p
