I was wondering something . . . My secret Sister just received news that her three year old son no longer has a spot (cancerous) on his lung. The sisters are sending her cards. Since I am her secret, I am sending a card (so she won't catch on) plus something extra. I just do not know what I should do. Any ideas ladies???

You could stick a gift certificate in your card to her favorite restaurant or to her son's if you know it so they can go out and celebrate (again i'm sure). :) Or anoter gift certificate in there for her to go somewhere and pamper herself since she has been stressed lately. Those are just my ideas if you wanted to put something in the card or mail it separately. I know some salon and spas here in town will gift wrap a giftcertificate and then mail it to the receiver's home for you.

Those are great ideas! A small flower arrangement would also be appropriate.

How about a donation made in her or her son's name to the American Cancer Society?

I liked all of your ideas and I will be using them thought the year because I could not decide on just one.
