Leadership Conference
 

Has anyone been to a Leadership Conference yet? If so, how did you like the new format?

I went to the one at Millsaps a couple of weeks ago. I enjoyed it. I haven't been before, so I don't really have anything to compare it to. It was very chapter oriented. Building a "chapter plan" ... I think my chapter got alot out of it and we had a pretty good time too!

I attended leadership conference at my school, Millsaps. This was my first conference and I enjoyed the format. Me and the rest of my executive committee felt that what we did could really be put to use and we could apply what we discussed to our chapter.

I just got back from the Leadership Conference in Indianapolis. I don't know what the old format was, but I really feel like what I took away from the conference was very useful. One suggestion I have, would to maybe have more training for the specific positions. I had a blast, though!!!
