BSP Collegiate question
 

So I know that being in a NPC org as a collegiate does not bar you from becoming a member of a community chapter of BSP after college. But my question is about collegiate chapters of BSP. A university near here has a collegiate chapter of BSP. Since it is not part of NPC, are these girls eligible for NPC Recruitment?? I realize that some NPC GLOs may have National policies on being a member of a GLO be it NPC or not. If someone could tell me what the Green Book says that would be great.

They should be eligible. I think they dont allow girls who have been a member of an NPC GLO in teh past tryign to get into another chapter, or a member of an NPHC sorority in.


I dont think it's just being a member of a GLO. There are music sororities, service sororities, honorary service sororities,as well as your coed GLO's like ALpha Kappa Psi, ALpha Phi Omega, etc. out there that many NPC GLO women are also members. Beta Sigma Phi is non-collegiate(usually) not allifiated with NPC, NPHC, or any other governing organization so it shouldnt be a problem if members of a collegiate Beta Sigma Phi chapter decide to go through NPC recruitment. If it is a problem then I find that rather sad.
